Delivery

UK DELIVERY

As standard shipping we offer Royal Mail’s 1st Class signed for service. We will have your order shipped out within 3 working days of receiving payment. Please allow 5 working days for busier period such as Christmas and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped we will email you with a unique tracking ID. Please ensure you are available at the delivery address, as your parcel will require a signature.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We aim to have all international deliveries with the Royal Mail within 3 days of payment. Please allow 7 working days for busy period such as public holidays. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a unique tracking ID. The item will require a signature upon delivery. For this service there is a charge of £9.00 unless your order is over £100.

WHAT IF I MISS MY DELIVERY?

If you do miss the delivery, not to worry - our delivery partner will leave a note with instruction of how to collect from your nearest collection point or arrange another delivery date.

RETURNS

RETURNS POLICY

Please read through our returns policy and understand the terms of the policy. If you need further assistance please contact our dedicated customer service team by emailing info@innermotive.co.uk. We will respond to your query within 2 working days.

  1. UK delivery items should be returned with 14 days and 28 days for international orders.
  2. Items should have original tags with unbroken seal.
  3. Items must be in original condition on purchase - If the item you return does not match its original condition and is unfit for resale, we reserve the right to refuse refund and the item returned to you.
  4. Once a refund is accepted, you will be refunded the cost of the item and any shipping costs.
  5. INNER_MOTIVE will reimburse any shipping costs associated with a returned faulty item if we are at fault e.g. wrong colour, size or damaged.
  6. INNER_MOTIVE will not be held accountable for loss of returns or exchanges. We advise that you use Royal Mail’s 1st Class signed for service, to ensure safe return of items.

EXCHANGES

  1. We are happy to exchange any incorrectly purchased item for the same product in a different size or colour.
  2. If you would like to exchange your item for another product, please process as a refund and place a new order.
  3. All exchanges are subject to availability of stock. If we are out of stock you will be offered a choice of refund or your item sent back.
  4. INNER_MOTIVE offers a free exchange service on all UK orders. The customer is responsible for any shipping cost associated with returned items, we will then send your replace item at no additional cost. Customers are responsible for any cost associated with sending an item back for a refund.

RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS/ WRONG ITEMS

Due to our strict quality assurance checks, it is unlikely you will receive a faulty item. However in the event you receive a faulty item, prior to returning, please email info@innermotive.co.uk and provide images and relative information. We will endeavour to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.
